I think this year I’ve travelled more than swine flu and much like a parasitical disease I’ve probably been places I shouldn’t have. I’ve been all around Australia touring to the Adelaide Fringe festival, The Sydney Comedy Festival and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. To add to that I went on the MICF Roadshow to Bendigo, Canberra, Warnambool and the thriving metropolis of Hillston. If only you could accumulate frequent bus points….
As the continent of Australia has possibly seen and heard enough of me I’ve now gone overseas and inflicted Australian humour on unsuspecting foreign countries. I was invited to the Montreal Just For Laughs festival mid-July and it was a real eye opener. There in Quebec everybody is Bi-lingual- that’s impressive for me. I mean I’m Australian, I’m barely Lingual. Since then I’ve done gigs in New York and now I’m on the precipice of the biggest Fringe Festival in the world- Edinburgh.
